Mortis causa: Certificate of death, certificate of last will, will (if any), waiver of the majority of heirs, waiver of the spouse, burial title and Dni(s). You can also provide the declaration of heirs that replaces the first three documents listed. Inter vivos: The Dni(s) and the title. They must be relatives of the holder in a direct or collateral line up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or up to the second degree of affinity.

Can a temporary name change be processed? In which cases?

The provisional transmission of the funeral right exists when the documentation necessary to carry out the normal procedure cannot be provided; must meet certain requirements which are that 30 years must have passed since the issue of the title or if the holder is deceased (must be proven with the Death Certificate or that he is buried in the grave), the title is issued 10 years ago and a direct relative buried in the grave

To carry out this procedure in person at our offices, you will need to make an appointment
